A few weeks ago I went to the Moernaut outlet store in Dendermonde. I had never been there before, so I didn’t really know what to expect.
I immediatly fell in love with these turquoise velvet boots from Dries Van Noten, a Belgian high-end brand. He is a third-generation couturier and a part of the “Antwerp Six”, a revolutionary Belgian design collective of the 1980s. In the early beginning of his career, he only made menswear, but since 1987 womens clothing and shoes are also part of his collection.
Although I really liked them, I did have my doubts wether I would actually wear them on a daily basis. As you might have already read, I eventually took them home with me and I couldn’t be more happy with that!
The original price was about €550 and I only paid €150 for this beautiful pair of autumn boots! They were part of the A/W collection of 2015 and came in different colors.
The jeans are from Mango, the red-brown coat is from Zara a few winters ago and the classic white blouse is a piece I scored at the big Zeb outlet.
